A popular saying of many wise persons is: Birds of a feather flock together. This simple quote, along with disturbing information about Julie Wootton-Greener and her online business activity, forms the basis of an investigation into the Nevada Department of Education hiring and promotion practices in general, and in particular with respect to the hire of Julie Wootton-Greener as an alleged "talented employee."

Yeah! And Caitlin Clark is the greatest college N.C.A.A. basketball player of all time (despite never having won a single N.C.A.A. championship, and despite being the oldest player at 22 years of age in her 2024 N.C.A.A. championship loss to South Carolina)!

By the way, it is also worth noting that the same incompetent employees of the Nevada Department of Education who hired and promoted Julie Wootton-Greener also voted for a 4-time indicted criminal defendant named Mr. Donald Trump. This is evidence of the crooked standards of the Nevada Department of Education.

As illustrated with the hiring, employment, and promotion of Julie Wootton-Greener by the Executive leadership team of the Nevada Department of Education in March of 2024, not too much has changed from the 1950's and earlier.

Some critics, as well as better qualified African-American and minorty job candidates, argue that Julie Wootton-Greener is "nothing more than privileged Trailer-Trash."

It is no coincidence that the current leadership team of the Nevada Department of Education was approved and appointed by GOP Republican Nevada Governor Joe Lombardo.

Mr. Lombardo has unconditionally supported and endorsed Mr. Trump despite his background as a law enforcement officer. Imagine that! A top law enforcement official supporting a man who is facing 4 seperate criminal trials.

The events that took place on October 1, 2017, in Las Vegas, NV, where at least 60 persons were killed by purported gunman Stephen Paddock, apparently meant nothing to Joe Lomabardo or the GOP Republican voters.

Mr. Stephen Paddock used his White Privilege to great affect! Too bad, Pooh pooh.

Joe Lomabardo approved what happened in Washington, DC, on January 6th, 2021, and we can assume that he would approve the same act if it happened in Carson, City, NV!!

Let's quantify this logic for simple-minded readers; one cannot support a federal criminal act in Region A, but disavow the same act in Region B if the absolute outcomes and variables are exactly the same; mathematically, and by the Commutative Property, A+B=C, and B+A=C, for all events A, and B where upon all conditions are the same, except region.

According to a federal indictment, and special congressional hearings held the previous year, Mr. Donald Trump played a leading role in the January 6, 2021 insurrection against the United States Congress in Washington, DC.

The apparent role-model for Nevada Governor Joe Lombardo (Donald Trump) is currently facing 91 criminal felony charges; Donald Trump was found liable for groping and/or sexually assaulting and/or defaming E. Jean Carrol; Donald Trump was found liable for fraud in a case brought by a New York U.S. Atorney General; a civil judgement of over $450 million dollars was approved against Donald Trump by a court of competent jurisdiction; and, despite all of that, the same man who approved the current leadership of the Nevada Department of Education also stands by and supports Donald Trump.

Given the above facts, the standards, the ethics, and the integrity of the Nevada Department of Education, and the current leadership, should be viewed with serious suspicion.

In a nutshell, a stench of fraud and deceit wafts through the air at the Nevada Department of Education following the hiring of Ms. Julie Wootton-Greener!!

It is unclear what exactly led to the hiring of Julie Wootton-Greener as a Public Information Officer I, but the public deserves answers. The dozens and dozens of better-qualified African-American men, real minorities, and women with N.C.A.A. Divion I credentials deserve answers.

Ms. Julie Wootton-Greener is no more qualified to be the Public Information Officer for the Nevada Department of Education than her friend, disgraced Former CCSD Trustee Danielle Ford, is qualified to be a Nun of a Christian church.

There are many public facts to support the opinion that Julie Wootton-Greener is essentially a worthless employee, privileged trailer-trash, and a wasted hire.

What is entirely possible (and very probable) is that the leadership team of the Nevada Department of Education view Julie Wootton-Greener as "talented" or "skilled" because the same leadership team led by stupid JHONE M. EBERT is equally as dumb, untalented, and just as low I.Q. as Julie Wootton-Greener is.

Beckys always consider other Beckys to be "talented" or "skilled".

Case in point: Jhone Ebert boast that she achieved a Master's Degree or similar credentials from U.N.L.V. Ms. Ebert clearly views her U.N.L.V. (University of Nothing at Las Vegas, Nevada) degree as some sort of accomplishment.

Graduates from prestigious universities view U.N.L.V. as dirt, as trash, and nothing but a Casino school filled with last place CCSD graduates. Ouch! The bitter truth stings! If U.N.L.V. offered me $1 million dollars PER semester to attend their school I would reject the offer rather than surround myself with mediocre U.N.L.V. students.

Critics believe that: a.) Julie Wootton-Greener SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN HIRED! and, b.) Different standards were applied to Julie Wootton-Greener vs. minority candidates.

According to the Nevada Department of Education database, Julie Wootton-Greener has neen assigned a Substitute Teaching license##205514. She was never licensed as a full-time teacher; Julie Wootton-Greener has no superlative endorsements!

It is particularly telling that Julie Wootton-Greener never passed the stringent tests associated with NEVADA LAW; NEVADA CONSTITUTION; UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION; AND PRAXIS CORE TESTING. It is highly doubtful that the little brain of Julie Wootton-Greener can succeed in passing these exams!!

What we do know is that Julie Wootton-Greener was certainly not hired based upon appearance, or general attractiveness. Therefore, her appearance or ugly face will not be addressed in this article.

It gets worse!!!

The evidence AGAINST the purported qualifications of Julie Wootton-Greener far exceeds the evidence FOR (supportive) for Julie Wootton-Greener.

However, what is disturbing is that the apparent recruiters of the Nevada Department of Education did not strictly apply the same posted government job requirements for Julie Wootton-Greener as is routinely done against minority job applicants.

It is quite clear that the publicly posted so-called "requirements" by the Nevada Employee Action and Timekeeping System were either a fraud or reserved strictly for minority applicants that inrended to reject.

It appears that Julie Wootton-Greener does not even meet the minimum job requirements posted by her own employer?!!! Hello?? Hello?? I smell rampant fraud, and deceit.

According to her own public admissions, Julie Wootton-Greener graduated from Whitwoth University. Who has heard of this utterly unknown, and pathetic imitation of a university?

Barak Obama graduated from Harvard University. Other Black male applicants applying to Nevada Department of Education graduated from universities on the same level of Harvard or universities of equal or greater prestige.

Perhaps, Whitwoth University is where dogs, cats, and other household pets get a "degree" along with their stupid human owners.

The fact is that Whitwoth University is a Divison-III level school.

George F. Whitworth established the Sumner Academy in Sumner, a small town in Washington Territory, east of Tacoma. The Academy was incorporated as Whitworth College in 1890. [Note: Nevada career Institute staff is currently research National Archives Records to ascertain if George F. Whitworth ever owned slaves, and what was his relationship to the Negro population].

Conclusion: Public Urged to Dismiss Julie Wootton-Greener as Unqualified and Non-Credible
