May 2024 Investigation of Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DETR) and State-sponsored Stupidity!
Nevada Governor Stephen Sisolak has publicly boasted of his hires, and appointments within the Nevada government.
All seemed to be going fine until the Covid-19 pandemic exposed numerous stunning facts: Racial disparities in the health care system.
According to CNN, and the Los Angeles Times, many of America's doctors, nurses, and healthcare workers have been systematically involved in genocidal oppression that targeted persons of color, particularly African-American men and women.
In addition, the Covid19 pandemic also exposed glaring facts that the main-stream media refuses to this day to report.
Many, if not most of the hires and appointments from Nevada Governor Stephen Sisolak, are unqualified, incompetent, and gender-based hires that lack certain qualifications, lack intelligence, and lack sufficient genetic markers to do the job they are entrusted to perform.
This report prosecutes the fact that the unofficial gender and my-friend quotas used by Nevada Governor Stephen Sisolak to appoint key persons to many government positions in general, and more particular, the Nevada Commission on Postsecondary Education, have and continued to create avoidable disasters.
As an Education Reporter for Nevada Career Institute, and expert on public, private, and post-secondary school curriculum, I have personal experience on the topics in this report. I have also made inquiries into the Nevada Commission on Postsecondary Education on behalf of others and spoke to the Commissioners.
I am not impressed with the quality or competency of the Nevada Commission on Postsecondary Education, Commission members, or various appointments made by one-term Nevada Governor Stephen Sisolak.
Thousands of Nevada residents feel the same way.
Nevada Career Institute Reports: Mismanagement, Incompetence, and Promotion of Quotas within Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DETR)
Within the most recent two years, Nevada Governor Stephen Sisolak administration has appointed a series of failed, incompetent, unqualified, and genetically weak persons to serve his administration: Madeline Burak, Jessica Diss, Meghin Delaney, Kelly D. Wuest, Susan Beckett, Maricris Wu, Tiffany Tyler, Heather Korbulic, Elisa Cafferata and court-documented racist Barbara Buckley who oversaw the infamous Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada (known to its African-American victims in court documents as the Hate Center of Southern Nevada, a/k/a/ I Don't Like N-persons, etc).
Nevada Governor Stephen Sisolak appoints unqualified and incompetent women like Donald Trump. He is a naive fool led by other incompetent fools. The results of these official Nevada appointments to the general public have been rather extreme, swift, and adverse.
Not surprisngly, the same incompetent males and females he appointed to these positions are making private phone calls to Customer Care centers because they do not even understand their own cellular phone bills, home warranty coverages, or how to navigate related consumer websites.
Like adult babies, the appointees of Nevada Governor Stephen Sisolak are like millions of low I.Q. Americans who cannot even read their own cellular invoices, let alone know basic facts as to how to perform their jobs.
The correlation is this: Nevada Governor Stephen Sisolak has praised incompetent Nevada workers charged with improving the quality of Trade Colleges while he has allowed standards for post-secondary private schools to dramatically decrease.
He has allowed millions of unemployed Nevada residents to struggle with inferior websites managed by his incompetent appointees.
To suppress efforts by minority persons in filing claims,the Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DETR) often generated irrelevant and conflicting so-called "error messages", requested data and information that Governor Sisolak had publicly addressed would be waived, and engaged in other suspicious conduct suggestive of a Ponzi scheme.
Meanwhile, unemployment claims submitted by privileged persons simply sailed through with ease. It should therefore not be surprising to his incompetent appointees that unemployment fraud claims became rampant. Prvileged persons were provided thouands of dallars per month in payments they did not deserve while the Nevada Commission on Post Secondary Education was licensing future Las Vegas Trade College scams. Consider the facts.
Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DETR) Ties to Trade School Licensing and Scandals
An investigative report produced by Joe Bartels of KTNV on July 14th, 2020, revealed how easy it is for privileged persons to apply for and get unemployment insurance. How is it possible for the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DETR) to also manage and operate Nevada Commission on Post Secondary Education?
The KTNV Reporter documented that the scheme by Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DETR) produced multiple incidents whereby unemployment benefits were paid to individuals who never filed for any claims.
In March of 2020, when the pandemic was becoming more and more real. The Executive Director of the Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DETR), Dr. Tiffany Tyler, failed to immediately upgrade the server capacity of the website to a different dimension.
Dr. Tiffany Tyler also personally failed to oversee or perform the complete make-over of the website of either the Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DETR) or Nevada Commission on Post Secondary Education.
Overwhelmed, Dr. Tiffany Tyler quit like a loser. An unqualified quota picked by Nevada Stephen Sisolak.
Nevada Governnor Stephen Sisolak then appointed another female dunce. Blonde-hair and all. Dunce Heather Korbulic was soon appointed to replace idiot Tiffany Tyler as head of the Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation.
By June of 2020, less than six months on the job, AirHead Heather Korbulic eveneutally resigned when it became clear that her tiny blonde-haired brain could not handle the tasks at hand,
Angry Nevada reidents were rightfully upset since thoudands of phone calls would go unanswered, website crahse would occur, no opportunity to speak to a live agent during business hours, and greedy Heather Korbulic was unqilling to take a pay cut to hire more workers.
More than 500,000 Nevada residents had filed for unmployment claims.
Meanwhile, Nevada Governor Steve Siolak lied about the importance of AirHead Heather Korbulic when he deceitfully credited Korbulic for connecting “tens of thousands of eligible Nevadans to unemployment benefits.”
What about the thousands who were illegitimately rejected, or whose claims were not processed because low I.Q. Heather Korbulic was processing and approving thousands of fraudulent claims???!
There are insects with better thinking capacity than Heather Korbulic.
Appointment of Elisa Cafferata as head of Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DETR)
Finally, in January of 2021, Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak had another brain-freezing moment when he announced the appointment of incompetent Elisa Cafferata as the permanent director of the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DETR) effective on Tuesday, January 19, 2021. Elisa Cafferata is an idiot.
Another female affirmative-action quota designed to take away from qualified, better trained, and and better educated African-American men.
Here we are in May 2024 and dumb Elisa Cafferata still has not personally re-programmed the website of Nevada Commission on Post Secondary Education or updated its licensing documents for Las Vegas Trade-Schools.
Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DETR) is the oversight authority ove the Commission on Post Secodary Education. Despite this fact, sorry Elisa Cafferata still has outdated literature on the the Commission on Post Secodary Education.
