Nov 2024 Investigation of Nevada Commission on Postsecondary Education, Employees and Trade-School Licensing Scandals

Nevada Governor Stephen Sisolak has publicly boasted of his numerous diverse hires. He has made claims that all of appointments were successful despite the fact that evidence suggests otherwise.

When Nevada Governor Stephen Sisolak speaks of diversity, he often has meant female diversity.

The Black Lives Matter movement has had nothing to do with alleged claims of abuse or alleged discriminatory treatment against Philipino, Asian,Latina, Hispanic, Arab, Native American, or white women. All of these types of women have fared rather well in society, and they continue to prosper without any involuntary obstacles in their way.

On the other, the most hated, the most despised persons, the most attacked, and the most watched persons on Earth, but the most qualified, have not been a part of the skirt-hiring culture embraced by Nevada Governor Stephen Sisolak.

This investigative report prosecutes the fact that the Nevada Commission on Postsecondary Education has embraced inferior Trade college licensing standards; has failed to adopt standards to reduce for-profit college fraud; has allowed multiple for-profit college scandals to flourish; and, is comprised of female appointees of Nevada Governor Stephen Sisolak who are unqualified in the traditional sense.

Affirmative action-quotas are fine for statistics, but a minimum of stadards should be set.

An argument can be made that Nevada Commission on Postsecondary Education Commissioners were hired based upon the fat under their skirts vs. the genetics of their brain; a test that many would flunk.

Laws that tie Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DETR) to Nevada Commission on Postsecondary Education.

Inorder to make the case that the Nevada Commission on Postsecondary Education is dysfunctional and mired in incompetency, we must review the operations, key staff members, skill set of Nevada Commission on Postsecondary Education, and its respective Commissioners, as well as review public records of trade colleges that the Nevada Commission on Postsecondary Education approved, but later became for-profit college scams.

Also, we must legally tie the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DETR) as an oversight to the functions and authority of Nevada Commission on Postsecondary Education.

Nevada Revised Statutes 394.023 defines Nevada Postsecondary Education Commission.

Chapter 394 of Nevada Administrative Code details the laws, functions, obligations, and authority of Nevada State Commission on Postsecondary Education, as well as what specific institutions, persons, and schools fall under its authority.

Nevada Revised Statutes 394.075 sets the standards for private, post-secondary licensure whereby a "License" means the written authorization of the Board or Commission to operate or to contract to operate a private elementary, secondary or postsecondary educational institution.

NRS 394.024 defines "Commissioner" to mean any member of the Nevada Commission on Postsecondary Education.

To provide a foundation for the exclusive authority of Nevada Commission on Postsecondary Education, Nevada Revised Statutes 394.043 defines "Educational credentials" to mean degrees, diplomas, certificates, transcripts, reports, documents or letters of designation, marks, appellations, series of letters, numbers or words which signify, purport to signify or are generally taken to signify enrollment, attendance, progress or satisfactory completion of the requirements or prerequisites for education at a private elementary, secondary or postsecondary educational institution.

All of this authority is vested into so-called Commissioners.

However, the nexus between Nevada Commission on Postsecondary Education and the equally incompetent Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DETR) is NRS 394.383.

Nevada Laws Relating to Trade-School Licensure and Legal Authority
NRS 394.383 authorizes the creation of the Commission, Commission numbers, appointment and compensation of voting members; expenses of members. 1. The Commission on Postsecondary Education is hereby created within the Employment Security Division of the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation. The Commission consists of: (a) An employee of the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation designated by the Director of the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation to serve as a nonvoting member; and (b) Seven voting members appointed by the Governor.

Although they are commonly associated wth Nevada Commission on Postsecondary Education, Kelly D. Wuest, Susan Beckett, and Maricrus Wu are actually employers of Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DTER).

Under the leadership of Kelly D. Wuest, JoDee Susan Beckett, and Maricrus Wu, for-profit college scandals in Las Vegas have sky-rocketed. Students are subject to long wait times for refunds, and very little recourse. Courses taken at trade-colleges typically cannot be transferred to Division I NCAA schools.

Maricris Wu is the Nevada Commission on Postsecondary Education Specialist. Susan Beckett is the Administrative Assistant III, Employment Security Division, for the Commission on Postsecondary Education; however, her income comes from her employment with Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation. The argument herein is that the same dysfunction commonly associated with unemployment claims and DTER, is also present at the Nevada Commission on Postsecondary Education.

For example, the general public has witnessed an inferior website at Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DETR)that crashes without notice to the general public. The same developers who created the DETR website also maintain the Nevada Commission on Postsecondary Education. website.

A worthless waste of millions of dollars on incompetent non-local developers (incompetent females ask incompetent questions and achieve incompetent results) who lack the skill set to create and develop a website that is multi-platform operational.

Clogged phone lines, extreme delays in responding to unemployment inquiries. Thousands of angry Nevada residents.

The use of out-dated software code. The failure and refusal to implement improved servers, use better technology, upgrade equipment and hire appropriate personnel to accomodate surges in unemployment insurance claims.

In March 2020, Nevada personnel did not already have a pln in place to deal with a pandemic. Duh!

So, thousands of Nevada government workers (all privileged) did NOT already have a plan already in place to deal with a national pandemic?!

Lower Standards for Trade College Licensure Implemented

Instead of increasing the licensing standards for post-secondary schools, Nevada Commission on Postsecondary Education Commissioners lowered the requirements.

For example, no standards were set for website security and verification; no proof of any standards how in-person CPR or Massage or Dental work can be replaced with a 2-dimensional screen, etc.

Having read the public worksheets prepared by their members, and have read the Motions to Approve unqualfied trade colleges, and having interracted with the website and various portals of the Nevada Commission on Postsecondary Education website, I am not impressed with Kelly D. Wuest, JoDee Susan Beckett, and Maricrus Wu, or any of their colleagues.

In fact, this report provides a legal and societal argument that Kelly D. Wuest, Maricris Wu, and Susan Beckett are arguably the most unqualified, the most incompetent, and part of the dumbest group of Nevada government workers along with blonde air-head Heather Korbic.

Social Media Accounts of Nevada Employee JoDee Susan Beckett Verify Her Incompetence and Hypocrisy

As of November 15th 2024, JoDee Susan Beckett had merely 23 Twitter followers. It is safe to say that no one is seeking any expert advise offered by JoDee Susan Beckett.

It is also safe to say there apparently is nothing of value or importance that JoDee Susan Beckett has to offer to the general public.

In fact, the true follower count is proably less if you consider her friends or famuily members.

It is worth noting that the Twitter accounts followed by Susan Beckett include the infamous Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada (known to its African-American victims in court documents as the Hate Center of Southern Nevada, a/k/a/ I Don't Like N-persons, etc); corrupt police agencies who bravely harass law-abiding minorities, but are cowards against privileged persons, as demonstratd in the January 6th, 2021 U.S. Capital attack); incompetent Tiffany Tyler, formerly Director of DTER; and, her foul-mouthed and cursing daughter Chelsea Beckett.

What is interesting, however, is that JoDee Susan Beckett exposed hereself as a hypocrite and dumb idiot attracted to racists.

On May 30th, 2020, JoDee Susan Beckett tweeted a message with a large Black Lives Matter banner.

On July 12, 2020, less than two months after her fake BLM tweet, JoDee Susan Beckett re-tweeted an incoherent message originally published by notorious racist Danielle Ford.

Danielle Ford is a case study for blonde dumbness. Danielle Ford is the Clark County School District Trustee member who attempted to denigrate African-Americans with off-handed statements not used since the 1950's. Karen Susan Beckett had no problem embracing fellow Karen Danielle Ford.

Susan Beckett, and Danielle Ford, on the other hand, being the privileged P.O.S. pair that they are, can engage in inferior customer service or publicly shout racial slurs, and have nothing to worry about.

Conclusion: Nevada Commission on Postsecondary Education. Why Nevada Ranks Last!

Now you know why the State of Nevada is last place in Education rankings, and last in virtually every negative or adverse category.

The state of Nevada has the most incompetent workers in America. Thoughout multiple Nevada state agencies, beginning with the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DETR), favored and privileged persons are hired based upon low or non-existent standards.

Lazy and incompetent Kelly D. Wuest probably spends more time in restaurants than time in the office. She loves eating more than working.

Kelly D. Wuest was hired by the State of Nevada despite serious issues about her qualifications, lackluster educational credentials, and her low I.Q. level.

For example, Kelly D. Wuest ignored a comprehensive 52-page complaint filed against a fraudulent for-profit Las Vegas college.

Private citizens need to know that complaints about terrorism, fraud, criminal conduct, etc. filed against privileged persons in the state of Nevada, are not taken seriously.

Case in Point: If Daniel Holtzclaw had committed the exact same crimes of rape and abuse of African-American or Latina women in the State of Nevada, he would be free right now.

In the state of Nevada, complaints against Daniel Holtzclaw would be 100% ignored. Instead, Nevada officials would focus on its law-abiding citizens who publish these type of free-speech articles.

On the other hand, Kelly D. Wuest, Susan Beckett, and Maricris WU, moved swiftly to investigate complaints against the The Art Institute of Las Vegas because the victims were not minorities.

Lastly, Nevada Commission on Postsecondary Education employees Kelly D. Wuest, Maricris Wu, Susan Beckett, are over-paid, unqualified, and unfit to pass judgement on the licensing and approval of Trade Colleges in Las Vegas or elsewhere in the state of Nevada.

Nevada ranks last because the state hires inferior last place persons to perform duties that only first-place persons can perform.
