Jan 2025 SkopeNow Inc tied to Madilyn Cole Exposed: How to Request Nevada Public Records
A coward can run, but a coward cannot hide. The Nevada Public Records Act (Act) is found in Nevada Revised Statutes N.R.S.) Chapter 239. Nevada’s Public Records Law was enacted to ensure that government documents are available to the public. The Legislature’s intent is clear:
The Nevada Public Records Act is a Nevada law that holds Nevada government officials responsible for government transparency. With the recent discovery that SkopeNow Inc has been deployed against free-speech critics in Nevada, the Nevada Public Records Act is one of several resources that one should consider to investigate government corruption or corrupt poliitcal/judicial candidates.
According to CyberSecurity Reports generated by our CyberSecurity Department, certain acts have been traced to certain NV government workers. Such acts were subsequently traced to SkopeNow Inc in general. Ultimately, forensic evidence was tied to various websites (e.g., Madilyn Cole Exposed) that publish free-speech criticism of former judicial candidate Madilyn Cole, a/k/a/ by her political name Madilyn "Leavitt" Cole.
The recent discovery that a former Las Vegas, NV judicial candidate and current Clark County, NV prosecutor is a Person-Of-Interest in using or benefitting from spyware products sold by SkopeNow Inc. is a matter of public concern and publc interest.
The products of SkopeNow Inc. are marketed to law enforcement agencies, government agencies, and lawyers. Defeated judicial candidate, and Chief Deputy District Attorney, Madilyn Cole, coincidentally, was in fact endorsed by a combination of all three industries either directly, or indirectly. For starters, Madilyn Cole is a Clark County, NV government worker; Madilyn Cole was endorsed by Clark County, NV District Attorney Steve Wolfson; Madilyn Cole solicited and received donations from several rich Las vegas, NV law firms; and, Madilyn Cole has been endorsed by several organizations tied to Law Enforcement; including, but not limited to, Henderson Police Supervisors Association (HPSA), North Las-Vegas Police Officers Association, Clark County District Attorney Investigators Association, etc.
Add the elements of Motive (Madilyn Cole is very bitter about the content posted on Madilyn Cole Exposed website, and furious about being defeated in a judicial election she thought she deserved to win); Opportunity (Madilyn Cole is a Chief Deputy District Attorney); Madilyn Cole is a BYU graduate; the element of racial animus exists; and, Tools (SkopeNow is sold to law enforcement agencies), and if you add the fact that Google Inc refuses to index the Madilyn Cole Exposed website, even a juvenile can reasonably predict who initiated a SkopeNow inquiry.
Put two and two together to get four.
Hyped by her friends, and family as being "Smart", The Madilyn Cole Exposed website repeatedly questions the I.Q. level, the academic aptitute, the genetics of Madilyn Cole, and her fitness to be judge. The fact that Madiltn Cole raised and spent over $250,000 and still lost, and somehow her campaign is tied to SkopeNow products, is evidence this woman is in need of a mental check up.
The fact that SkopeNow tools have been traced to being used against the critics of Madilyn Cole should embarass the supporters of Madilyn Cole: WE TOLD YOU SO, BUT YOU WERE TOO DUMB TO LISTEN! GET YOUR HEAD FROM YOUR REAR-END.
SkopeNow Spyware tied to Spying On Las Vegas, Nevada Residents: Nevada Public Records Request
SkopeNow Inc. is a perfect example why the United States of America has fallen behind China in terms of technology. From a peasant country during WWII, China now has the world's larget Navy. U.S. Government agencies are entrusting data from SkopeNow Inc while China is hacking the U.S. Department of Treasury. China DOES NOT even want the worthless and tainted data of SkopeNow!!
Frost & Sullivan is a suspicious third-party firm that reports on OSINT companies like SkopeNow Inc. Their suspicious reporter claims that Skopenow stood out as #1. Amazing, now critics know what level of incompetence American agencies are willing to tolerate.
The fact that Madilyn Cole is a Person of Interest suspected of spying on her best and most effective critics underscores the apparent accuracy of the Madilyn Cole Exposed content. The truth is very painful to accept for most persons.

It is very common for corrupt judicial candidates, corrupt government employees, and police agenicies to deny a legitimate request for Public Records.
In the event of an agency’s unlawful refusal to provide access to public records, citizens may bring civil actions in district court in order to obtain compliance with the law. If the requester (person) prevails, the court will order the agency to produce the record(s) and pay the requester’s attorney’s fees.
Open government is an essential element of democracy. As such, the purpose of the NPRA is to foster open government by making open government an obligation of Executive Branch agencies. Agencies should be cautioned that a deliberate concealment of public records may result in a risk of criminal conviction, should they be accused of violating NPRA.
The recommended procedure is to BOTH file a public request AND have a PREPARED LAWSUIT ready to file. Put the Communist on notice of your serious intentions.
the target of your request is a government worker, a Clark County, NV employee, or received funds or endorsements from government employees, you may want to consider letting it be known that you will expand the Nevada Public Records Request.
