Investigation of Nevada Judicial Selection Commission
The Nevada Commission on Judicial Selection purportedly interviews and nominates attorneys for appointment to vacant District Court, Court of Appeals, and Supreme Court positions.
In fact, many Nevada residents believe that the Nevada Commission on Judicial Selection is a rubber-stamp for a pre-determined decision already made by the Governor.
The Nevada Commission on Judicial Selection is purports to be a judicial body created pursuant to Article 6, Section 20 of the Nevada State Constitution, and governed by Nevada Revised Statutes 1.380 through 1.410. The Commission on Judicial Selection is charged with filling judicial vacancies that occur before expiration of a term of office in the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, or District Court. The Commission is charged with selecting three candidates for the Governor's review and appointment to fill judicial vacancies that occur before the expiration of a term of office in the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, or District Court..
No where does it state that the Nevada Commission on Judicial Selection is allowed to over-turn, supercede, or pretend that the voters of Nevada have no voice.
Legal questions sent to the the Nevada Commission on Judicial Selection pertaining to the suspicious so-called "appointment" of Danielle Chio have been ignored. A non-response is assumed to be an admission of corruption.
Specifically, the Nevada Commission on Judicial Selection could provide no legal precedent for the immediate appointment of a defeated judicial candidate within 90 days of the voters having voted firmly against the candidate. Neither could the Nevada Commission on Judicial Selection answer other questions regarding the historical frequency as to when defeated judicial candidates are "appointed" by incoming Governers.
Apparently, Danielle Chio is THE ONLY JUDICIAL CANDIDATE IN THE HISTORY OF THE NEVADA JUDICIARY to have overwhelmingly lost in a General election only to be "appointed" by a corrupt Governor within 90 days. Does that sound legal?? No!!
Suspicious Members of the Nevada Commission on Judicial Selection
Some Nevada residents claim that Nevada has the most corrupt court system in the world. Detractors contend that North Korea, China, Iran, and Russia all have a more fair court system.
In Nevada, judges are allowed to raise money from the same persons whom they are allowed to rule in favor of. Innocent people are arrested, framed, and placed under 24 by 7 surveillance. One need only look at the numerous online complaints and inquiries about Danielle "Puppet" Chio, her numerous critics, and men released from prison after being framed.
Complaints against the Nevada judiciary include: Clark County, Nevada prosecutors refuse to enforce Child Support laws based upon race and gender.
Complaints against the Nevada judiciary include: Clark County, Nevada prosecutors use race and socio-economic status to defend and enforce the Death Penalty.
Complaints against the Nevada judiciary include: Asians are hired and promoted in the Clark County, Nevada judicial system because they are willing instruments of corruption in general, and the Asian female serves in the role of being a puppet.
The members of the Nevada Commission on Judicial Selection are lousy at evaluating judicial candidates. They ignore red flags of bias; they ignore subtle and overt signs of corruption; they ignore clear evidence of the lack of integrity of judicial candidates; they ignore and do not ask questions about the paper trail of judicial candidates; they ignore and forgive flawed educational records of Oriental judicial candidates; they ignore inquiries and questions from Nevada voters; and, their easy interview process leaves much to be desired.
Put another way, Danielle Chio would have faced a tougher interview from McDonalds Corporation to be hired as an executive than she faced from the incompetent, low I.Q., members who make up the Nevada Commission on Judicial Selection.
Who are the suspicious members of the Nevada Commission on Judicial Selection? Just who are the bums who are responsible for feeding corrupt judges to our judiciary?

Conclusion: Nevada Commission on Judicial Selection Nomination of Suspicious Judicial Candidates
All participants of the Nevada Commission on Judicial Selection should be required to pass an I.Q. test.
All participants of the Nevada Commission on Judicial Selection should be required to make public their tax returns, and disclose all contributions made to political candidates.
When judicial commissions nominate corrupt persons to become a judge, the Commission members need to be exposed.
The entire career of Danielle Chio is the Herschel Walker of the Nevada Judiciary. Her entire career has been exploited by white American men. Ultimately, a white male Governor side-stepped Nevada voters, and "appointed" his personal servant to be a judge.
What is clear is that the voices of Nevada voters apparently do not matter to the Nevada Commission on Judicial Selection. Danielle Chio had a full year to make her case to the voters of Nevada. She Failed!
Now, the voices of Nevada voters have been rejected by a corrupt, Pro-China, judicial selection commission.
In her own judicial application, Danielle Chio admits to several character flaws. The Nevada Commission on Judicial Selection ignored all of the personal character flaws of Danielle Pieper-Chio, as well as ingoring her phony name.
Imagine an applicant to Burger King admitting that he/she has a tendency to lie, to cheat, or steal, or that she is "stubborn" and lacks "self-confidence.". Do you think that applicant would be hired??
Nevada voters will have another chance to send Danielle Chio back to the rice paddies of Vietnam in 2024! Vote No Against Danielle Chio in November 2024!!
That's our opinion. What's yours?!
Don't forget to sign petitions rejecting the re-appointment of any Commissioner who has a track record of voting for corrupt prosecutors to become judges.
