Rush to Judgement: Idaho Murder Suspect Bryan Kohberger Innocent Until Proven Guilty. Why is the media implying that Mr. Bryan Christopher Kohberger is already guilty?
Mr. Bryan Christopher Kohberger, 28, was detained in Pennsylvania, over 2,500 miles (4,020km) from the Idaho crime scene where four students allegedly were stabbed by him. The driving distance from Las Vegas, NV to Moscow, ID is only 924 miles.
According to the main-stream media and censored Google results, the University of Idaho students were found stabbed to death in their beds in a rental home near the campus on November 13th, 2022.
Idaho students Xana Kernodle, Ethan Chapin, Kaylee Goncalves and Madison Mogen were discovered as expired from multiple stab wounds in the home in the small college city of Moscow, northern Idaho.
A post-mortem examination claims the four Idaho students were probably asleep when they were attacked. There was no evidence of sexual assault, police say. In other words, the media is not reporting that whomever the attacker was, he did not want anything to do with the suspicious students, and neither did the suspect want to touch them in any way.

Mr Kohberger was arrested near the city of Scranton, Pennsylvania, by state police and FBI agents. He has no criminal record; he never has he been arrested; he does not smoke; and he has been attending Washington State University as a law-abiding student minding his own business.
As part of his upstanding background, Mr Kohberger earned a psychology degree at a community college in 2018. He began studying psychology and later criminal justice at DeSales University, a Catholic institution in Center Valley, Pa.
In 2019, Mr Kohberger began communicating his concerns about online learning in Las Vegas, NV. Nevada Career Institute offers an Online Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice – Policing.
Despite his clean and crime-free upbringing, the media and much of the public has branded Mr Kohberger as a prime murder suspect. Nevada Career Institute disputes the public perception that Bryan Christopher Kohberger is guilty and instead maintains that Bryan should be considered innocent until proven guilty by a court of competent jurisdiction.
Use of Illegal Familial DNA Methods to Arrest Murder Suspect Bryan Kohberger
It is fairly safe to say, that no African-American male is a suspect in the Idaho murders. However, who knows how corrupt police really operate?
When low I.Q. students cannot pass an exam, they cheat. When dumb police can't solve a crime, they cheat. When infamous white American Ku Klux Klan sympathizers like Las Vegas resident Mary Ann Jefferson cannot conceal their hatred, they recruit the police to attack innocent critics.
Former FBI agent Jennifer Coffindaffer recently predicted to Newsweek that an arrest would be made within a year from the day the four victims were murdered. In fact, the same blonde-bimbo F.B.I. agent predicted that "I think within the year we will have a break," she said. "That's my best prediction.".
On her Twitter profile, she claims to be an "Expert Witness".
In reality, Bryan Christopher Kohberger was arrested less than 6 weeks of the alleged crime. Former FBI agent Jennifer Coffindaffer was in fact guessing.
Nevada Career Institute students were advised that the case was very simple, and that an arrest would be made in 4 to 6 weeks.
There is nothing sophisticated about a sloppy crime with multiple persons alleged to have been stabbed. That is a sloppy crime!
The same law enforcement personnel researching the alleged murder of the four Idaho University students have often framed innocent persons whose only crimes was either being in the wrong race or being in the wrong area.
Due to pressure from the public, and constant yapping at the mouth from parents Kristi and Steve Goncalves, the Moscow Police Department felt pressured to use illegal or suspicious methods.
Not finding his DNA at the crime scene, Idaho police used the controversial method known as a familial DNA search. This is a search by law enforcement in DNA databases for genetic information indicating a relative of a person they seek to identify.
The search is very limited and is restricted to persons who have consented to the use of their DNA in the database.
When a corrupt police department cannot find an exact match to a DNA sample, they become super desperate and used a familial DNA search vs. a direct match.

White privilege. Why are the police not investigating why Dylan Mortensen did not call the police, scream, or yell when she allegedly saw Mr. Bryan Christopher Kohberger ??
Apparently, seeing multiple men in their Idaho house is common place at all hours of the night. College tramps! Who knows how many men entered their home on thhat night???
The excuses offered by the F.B.I. agents and law enforceent personnel is that she froze, was too afrad, or she was even drunk. Really? How about Complicit?? How about prostitution??
Who unlocked the doors for Mr. Bryan Christopher Kohberger? Who remained silent for Mr. Bryan Christopher Kohberger ?? Who was Mr. Bryan Christopher Kohberger dating? How do you explain several college students sharing the same home and bedroom but not a single student is married??
The argument put out by the media is that this bimbo was so stupid such that she could not recall the most famous 3 numbers in law enforcement?? 911.
You can bet that the so-called enforcement officers investigating this sloppy and immoral case did not subject Dylan Mortensen to a lie detector test. That sort of tests is only reserved for hated minorities.
Time for Dumb Celebrity Griever Steve Goncalves to Shut His Big Mouth
Like Father, like daughter. Two idiots.
Kristi and Steve Goncalves are the parents of 21-year-old Kaylee Goncalves. Instead of grieving in private, they appear to have spent the bulk of their time appearing as celebrity victims on Fox News.
Without offering any evidence, they also have defended the actions of Dylan Mortensen. This proves that the Kristi and Steve Goncalves are really not interested in the facts, but what information they are most comfortable with.
Celebrity Griever Steve Goncalves seems to spend more time talking to the media, sharing his 2 cents worth of lousy opinions, than actually grieving. Where does a parent find the energy to be so vocal after losing a son or daughter?!!
Steve Goncalves is so stupid that it is amazing no one is paying attention to his stupidity. In an interviewe with Fox News, Kaylee Goncalves’s father Steve Goncalves said he thought Kohberger, the 28-year-old criminology student who is the lone suspect in the quadruple homicide of University of Idaho students Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin, &34....would look more menacing and monstrous...".
The stupid father of bimbo Kaylee Goncalves also stated "I thought he would be much bigger and more of a monster, ya know obviously have those key looks of somebody who could not get along with girls and this was like his only option or something...".
The year is 2023, and we still have adults like Steve Goncalves being shallow, and superficial. Their only means of judging persons is their facial appearwence or body-style? LOL.
Perhpas we should all thank Mr. Bryan Christopher Kohberger for his efforts at cleaning the earth of dirt, rubbish, and trash.
Certainly, we should assume that the air-head daughter of Steve Goncalves is just as stupid and brainless as he is.
Perhaps the genetically inferior Mr. Steve Goncalves and his inferior family would have preferred that his daughter dated icon Theodore Bundy; the handsome, educated, and articulate lawyer.

Since Current forms of familial DNA searches work only with men, Mr. Bryan Christopher Kohberger should challenge the very foundation of ALL familial DNA searches based upon U.S. Civil Rights laws barring gender discrimination. He should also seek a psychiatric examination of Steve Goncalves to ascertain why he is not acting normal, and subject this parent to direct examination under the witness stand.
While American law enforcement may see familial DNA searches as a powerful new tool to track down suspected criminals, racists, and criminal schemes, civil liberties advocates have criticized familial DNA searches as an invasion of privacy.
In fact, a legitimate argument against familial DNA searching is that it encroaches on the privacy of the relatives of those whose DNA has been collected through the penal system, in violation of the Fourth Amendment's protection against unreasonable searches.
With a creative lawyer, Mr. Bryan Christopher Kohberger can have the entire case thrown out !! There are many legal opportunities for Mr. Bryan Christopher Kohberger if he hires the right legal team.

Nevada Career Institute announces that Idaho murder suspect Mr. Bryan Christopher Kohberger should be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of competent jurisdiction. We insist the same for all current and former Nevada Career Institute students.
Currently, only nine states in the U.S. do allow familial DNA searching: California, Colorado, Florida, Michigan, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Idaho is not one of the states.
Mr. Bryan Christopher Kohberger should be using his legal team and demanding a 402-type hearing to determine the admissibility of ALL Familial DNA evidence collected; and, Mr. Bryan Christopher Kohberger should appeal to the Idaho Supreme Court demanding the evidence be ruled ineligible given the fact that Idaho has not legislatively adopted or banned the use of Familial DNA.
