CodeSwitch Las Vegas: A Professional Review of Las Vegas CodeSwitch
Hello. My name is Professor Ron, a former Honors Student. I am celebrated graduate of Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana. I am a former Cary Quadrangle resident, and a 3-year graduate of Purdue University.
I successfully tested out of Purdue University Freshmen Calculus and Chemistry, which allowed me to accelerate my education. You will not find my articles online by Google, Inc. censors my content for fear and to appease liberals.
In fact, I spent the summer of my senior year in high school preparing for academic success. I relentlessly studied Calculus, Trigonometry, and Chemistry, every day, non-stop.
I had a fabulous time of expanding upon, and furthering my knowledge of such beautiful concepts as molecules, moles, mathematical derivatives, I and II degree Differential Equations, numerous Trigonometry story problems, and how such concepts are applied in every day situations.
No mentors. No tutors. No girl-friends. Total concentration. Just God, and me.
When I arrived on campus my freshman year, I fit in quickly. I was always fascinated by science, engineering, and computers. I learned to hack the computers of a Computer Science professor AND fellow students when I was 17 years-old. I did it just for fun.
One of my most memorable moments is changing the login password remotely of one of my Assistant Professor teachers, renaming his desktop folders, locking him out of his computer, and blasting Super User across the screens of an entire computing class simultaneously. All of this without a web browser! Of course, the code to perform such acts is very complex and certainly not in the public realm.
We laughed about it. No harm done. Of course, I did not repeat the act. Lol.
I am also a former Military Space Satellite Engineer, a former AT&T software programmer, a successful real-estate investor, and founder of numerous media publishing companies.
I have over 20 years of computer programming experience in various computer languages: css, HTML, .php, CGI, Perl, MySql, C-language, WordPress, JavaScript, etc.
Although I have had stints as a high-school and college Instructor, I have essentially been self-employed for over 25 years.
I am also currently licensed with the Clark County School District, having passed the Praxis English, Praxis Math, Essay, and the Nevada Constitution, and all other requirements before the Nevada legislature dumbed down the requirements.
The Covid 19 pandemic has left many Americans struggling to pay everyday bills. People are screaming over bills ranging from $30 to $3,000.00 At the same time, both violent and non-violent crimes and creative scams have increased.

CodeSwitch Las Vegas & Black Girls Code
In December 2021, Kimberly Bryant, the founder of Black Girls Computer Code, was removed as head of her nonprofit by its board following multiple complaints. Black Girls Code is an alleged computer-programming and technology-oriented organization that caters to black girls or young girls of color.
According to several media reports, the suspension and eventual termination of Kimberly Bryant was related to her angry outbursts, suspicious methods, lousy leadership, uncivilized nature, and unacceptable conduct.
Forbes Magazine reported that the suspension of Kimberly Bryant followed months of infighting, and arguments between Bryant and a handful of more civilized board members. All of this is typical angry black female drama.
Kimberly Bryant was simply acting her natural self. Kimberly Bryant is Kimberly Bryant! Period. North American Black women running non-profit organizations are typically very angry. Mean! Disorganized! Rude! Ugly!
Black women are yapping their big mouth non-stop, 24 by 7, everywhere. Colleges. High-schools. Elementary schools. Call centers. Board rooms. Buses. Airplanes. Instagram. Gyms. Post-Offices. Facebook. Talkshows. Non-profit organizations.
At the same time, very few answers are being provided when questions are raised about the growing number of suspicious, lucrative, and questionable non-profit organizations tied to organizations that exclusively cater to black girls/black women.

Consider the similarities beween Codeswitch Las Vegas, Black Girls Code, and Black Girls Rock. All of these organizations exclusively promote the Black female/Black girl while apparently ignoring their sons, fathers, and brothers. How are these black-girl exclusive organizations NOT Black Female Hate Groups?
Black female led organizations are typically disorganized and incompetent, like Kamala Harris. They cast themselves as better than their own sons, brothers, and fathers while refusing to concede their many weaknesses.
Purple is the marketing color for CodeSwitch Las Vegas, whereas white is the marketing color for the Ku Klux Klan. Both groups have a fear of superior men of color.
All hate groups use similar methods, and similar self-promotion tactics: promote oneself over others based upon race or gender instead of being all-inclusive. Even the Nation of Islam is inclusive to all persons, regardless of race or gender.
Beneath their purple sheets, it is safe to assume that many CodeSwitch Las Vegas members may be seething with hatred towards others.
Many Black men, regardless of their education and background, have encountered angry Northern American Black women; many intent on having the men terminated from their jobs, defamed, inprisoned, falsely accused, and disrespected. In fact, Black female prosecutors are hired and promoted with the purpose of lying, cheating, and framing minority males; e.g., Kamala Harris.
According to their own literature, it is very, very, apparent that CodeSwitch Las Vegas and Black Girls Code focuses exclusively on helping and uplifting Black Girls.
"Justice for Black Girls", says the literature of CodeSwitch Las Vegas.
Now, next flip the literature and insert "White Men" or "White Boys" in the exact same literature. Also, edit out pictures of Black Girls, and substitute the phrase "White Boys Code".
The literature from Black Girls Code, Codeswitch Las Vegas, and Black Girls Rock is not too different from official hate groups in the 1950's.
All Black female hate organizations, or non-profit organizations, solicit donations or handouts from the public; 2. Rely upon give-away-grants from the feds; and, 3. Secure grants from liberal donors to train, hire, and promote black females OVER Black sons, black brothers, and black male fathers.
Conservative and Liberal groups donate to these organizations to ensure a steady supply of pawns, servants, and sell-outs.
CodeSwitch Las Vegas: How Black Female Exclusive Organizations Got Started
Consider the case of CNN contributor Symone D. Sanders, a former spokeperson for Kamala Harris. She also served as national press secretary for Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders during his 2016 presidential campaign.
Even at the youthful age of 29 years, the face of Symone D. Sanders makes me cringe or go impotent. If Symone D. Sanders were the last female on Earth, I would still reject her/it.
When Mr. Luther Campbell publicly argued that Kamala Harris would be hard pressed to find many blue-collar blacks, especially men, to support her, an arrogant, super-ugly Symone D. Sanders acted like a typical disrespectful black female: Symone D. Sanders remarked: "Why do black men keep popping up with their unsolicited opinions about Kamala Harris?". Luther Campbell should have put a mirror to her face and watched it crack.
Given the fact that Symone Sanders has been rumored to be a female homosexual, her apparent anger towards men is understandable. No man wants her. Has anyone ever seen Symone D. Sanders with a man other than Bernie Sanders?
There is no place on planet Earth where this woman Symone Sanders could possibly win a beauty contest. In fact, after I first saw the face of Symone Sanders on night T.V., I began to have nightmares and Post-Traumautic Ugly Woman Stress. I am still not fully recovered.
Symone Sanders looks so bad, it is amazing the T.V. cameras do not stop working when her face is in focus. These are the type of cameras we need; bio-genetic cameras designed to blur the face of unattractive women. No normal or reasonable man could possibly view Symone D. Sanders as even slightly attractive.
The anger of Symone Sanders is clear: the opinions of Black women are far more important than their sons, brothers, and fathers.
It is this type of sick, twisted, and perverse mentality that gives rise to many black girl organizations that exclude black boys.
Oprah Winfrey is the role model for many North American Black Women. Oprah Winfrey is best known for her evil portral of Black men in the Color Purple. In exchange for selling out our father, brothers, and other Black men, she was richly rewarded. Oprah Winfrey is a sell-out. A rich ugly and dark black woman that no one wants to marry. Think of Black Female Exclusive/Black Female Hate groups in a similar manner.
Liberal donations will pour in as long as Black male youth are excluded.
CodeSwitch Las Vegas or PurseSwitch Las Vegas? An Investigation of Race-Based Organizations Tied to Black Women and Their Censorship Efforts
Dear Readers: non-profit organizations seeking to enrich individual directors, team members, and their associated family members is really easy to spot. Scams associated with computer programming donations or helping persons of color, mainly girls of color, under the guise of becoming computer programmers is really easy to spot as well.
A legitimate question about CodeSwitch Las Vegas: Is it Codeswitch or PurseSwitch? Where is the money really going? Is this another FBI-sponsored hate group against Black Boys?
Shortly after its founding, one of our celebrity bloggers authored a scathing article in 2013 questioning the legitimacy of the Black Girls Code group. Questions were raised about the official education, motivations, and the qualifications of Kimberly Bryant to lead a computer-programming organization when the founder lacked substantial or meaningful real-time experience as a seasoned computer or software programmer. Also, since when did black girls become interested in computer programming?
Kimbery Bryant was angry! She threatened to sue. She demanded that no critcism be made of her organization. Black Girl Logic: Facts, laws, corporate policies, and even the U.S. Constitution do not apply to angry Black women.
When it was made clear to her that her efforts to censor free-speech would not be supported by the courts, and when she was reminded that even hard-headed black women MUST AND SHALL respect the 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution like all other rational and logical persons, she got back in her lane.
If the founders, or team players, have no real-world experience in their subject area, and in fact are outsourcing their so-called computer programming work, then proceed with caution before making your donation(s). That tells you that the intended beneficiaries of the donations are probably not learning any programming skills.
To appeal to liberal donors, the donation scam formula is simple: create a non-profit organization that excludes or marginalizes male youth of color; and that promotes Black females as the "future of the Black family."
This type of formula is ripe for exploitation by liberals who are gladly willing to support any scheme that marginalizes and ignores genetically superior males of color.
As a general rule, censorship is usually an effort by wrong-doers (governments, agencies, organzations, persons) to conceal what they are doing behind closed doors by limiting or preventing free-speech.
CodeSwitch Las Vegas: Jordan Hankins, Mission Statement, and Censorship Practices
When an illogical person does not want to hear logical questions or accept logical conclusions, the person turns to censorship. Shady or stupid persons are incapable of accepting or understanding any facts, logic, or laws. They therefore seek to block your account, pretend that you do not exist, and seek to hide behind their brainwashed lies and deception.
When you broadcast your facts and opinion on a forum they cannot control, they cry "Slander". No, it's called Free Speech, you idiots! They are too illiterate and too lazy to produce better written content!!!
In February 2022, we stumbled upon the suspicious organization based out of Las Vegas, NV called CodeSwitch Las Vegas.
African-Americans should be VERY suspicious of ANY organization that excludes Black Boys or anyone on the basis of race or gender. Liberals support organizations like CodeSwitch Las Vegas or Black Girls Code because such female-based organizations are non-threatening, have easy female members, and excludes males of color.
This does not mean that CodeSwitch Las Vegas will automatically exclude all minority male youth from joining, but it is very clear that such males are certainly excluded as dominant elements of their marketing strategy.
The Mission statement of CodeSwitch Las Vegas is quite remarkable, self-explanatory, and similar to the ideals expressed by the suspicious Black Girls Code group.
"Our mission is to eradicate the educational inequities that Black and other Girls of Color experience. We work alongside our girls, as well as those who parent, care for, and mentor them, to remove the barriers that keep our girls from achieving their full potential."
The CodeSwitch Las Vegas website suggests that minority male youth are not welcome, and should be ignored in terms of coding, programming, and technology.
When several of our affiliates attempted to address this apparent discriminatory-like conduct by posting comments and asking questions on the Instagram account of CodeSwitch Las Vegas, one of the leaders or supporters of CodeSwitch Las Vegas (Ms. Jordan Hankins) deleted the comments. Jordan Hankins then blocked future access to their instagram account from critics of CodeSwitch Las Vegas. Constructive, meaningful, and professional criticism was met with anger.
In fact, the angry Jordan Hankins, who is the founder of her own suspicious non-profit organization called SOUTHERN NEVADA BLACK EDUCATORS INITIATIVE, NV Business ID#NV20212279745, is an apparent graduate of University of Nothing Las Vegas, a/k/a/ U.N.L.V.
Jordan Hankins is an admitted trouble-maker in high-school, claims her profile page. For example, the Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiative website states Jordan Hankins "...narrowly escaped the school-to-prison pipeline...". How does anyone narrowly escape going to prison if he/she follows the rules, and respects his/her academic and educational superiors? How do you narrowly stay out of trouble?
In other words, one can infer that Jordan Hankins did not graduate as the top student in her class and probably had behavorial issues.
Jordan Hankins referred to one of our media colleagues as "weird" for even asking legitimate questions. Yet, Jordan Hankins publicly admits that she is the creator of a suspicious, money-beggar organization called SOUTHERN NEVADA BLACK EDUCATORS INITIATIVE.
How did Jordan Hankins make her hair so straight looking? It seems "weird" how her hair is as straight as a white girl's hair. Jordan Hankins has not publicly admitted to using chemical relaxers, to our knowledge.
How logical is it for an admitted trouble-maker to call normal, law-abiding, non-smoking, high moral, and educated persons with a PERFECT, AND FLAWLESS background as "Weird"? That's Blk Girl culture for you.
What is weird is altering the texture of your hair to look like someone you are not.
If you spent 10 minutes reading some of the literature of Black Girls Code, CodeSwitch Las Vegas, or other Black Female Exclusive Groups, you may think you are being endoctrinated to the Ku Klux Klan. No wonder why most Blk women are either single or have switched to another gender because they simply can't get along with high-quality men.

The same drama we experienced with Jordan Hankins, we also experienced with an angry, unqualified, and incompetent Kimberly Bryant over 10 years ago until she was finally persuaded to obey American Free-Speech rights or face the elimination of her organization. It is no surprise that Kimberly Bryant was removed from the same organization that she helped to create.
The angry outburst by Jordan Hankins was not unusual, but fit a common pattern of North American Black female drama. In all arguments, the Angry Black Woman is determined to win. Half-man, half ape.
The more logical questions we have asked CodeSwitch Las Vegas members has resulted in more angry responses. All of this points to the fact that members of the public should ask more questions about the qualifications, integrity, education, temperement, training, and skills of the Black women associated with Las Vegas Codeswitch.
Examine the racial propaganda of CodeSwitch Las Vegas. Read the non-sense of their members, including Naika Belizaire.
Her controversial social media posts include these outrageous claims: "Black Girls are Everything" Black Girls are brilliant" "Black Girls are the foundation and future of our community..". These sort of statements have been posted on the social media account of CodeSwitch Las Vegas. Did hypocrite Jordan Hankins protest this non-sense? Apparently not.
Black Girls are better or brilliant in what way? Better liars?! Better at being terrible single mothers?! Better at sleeping with the worst of the worst men?! Better servants of their colonial masters? Better at being sick mentally!? Better at being less appealing?! Better at being less feminine?! Better at being cheap?! Better pawns? Better puppets?! Better tramps to control?! (Kamala Harris, for example).
Is it any wonder why Black children are lagging behind their counter-parts when black females are out-of-controls pawns and weak puppets?
There are no facts to support the baseless statements and racial propaganda of members of CodeSwitch Las Vegas.
Future of America? CodeSwitch Las Vegas Refuses to Address Promiscuous Nature of Black Women
Besides opening their big mouth like Symone Sanders, black women are constantly opening other parts of their body, including their legs.
NBC News reported about the high rate of unwed (promiscuous) black women in America. One recent day at Dr. Natalie Carroll's OB-GYN practice, located inside a low-income apartment complex tucked between a gas station and a freeway, 12 pregnant black women come for consultations. Some bring their children or their mothers. Only one brings a husband.
Black Female non-profit organizations refuse to address this issue. Their self-serving racial propaganda wants to always place blame on others. Seventy-two percent of African-American babies are born to unmarried mothers today, according to government statistics. This number is inseparable from the work of Carroll, an obstetrician who has dedicated her 40-year career to helping black women.
Black women are out-of-control in the classroom, out-of-control in the streets, out-of-control on social media platforms, and out-of-control running non-profit organizations.
NBC NEWS reports that "The girls don't think they have to get married. I tell them children deserve a mama and a daddy. They really do," Carroll says from behind the desk of her office.
It is not surprising that the Centers for Disease Control also report that African-American Women have the highest rates of Genital Herpes.
In reality, the real issue is purely cultural. Black females are ruining Black America with their cheapness, their lack of moral standards, and their racial hypocrisy while offering themselves as the "Future of Black America." It is a cultural issue promoted by, deeply ingrained, and defended by CodeSwitch Las Vegas members and many many North American Black women. The truth is painful as are the results of the low SAT scores of many minority students.
No one from the Caucasion community directed or ordered Black women to be attracted to animals or men with tatoos, earrings, felony records, or marijuana users.

Any graduate of a prestigious university realizes that the University of Nothing at Las Vegas is a national joke. I have reviewed some U.N.L.V. courses, and they seem to be utter trash.

That is an interesting statement because my personal experience with minority students indicates that culture is the main reason that many minority students struggle academically.
My experience in Clark County School District classrooms indicate that the most confrontational, insubordinate, unethical, and academically-challenged students tend to be black female students, where both the mother and father are African-American parents or when the father is a Latino male.

I have never heard of anything called Touro University. I actually thought it was associated with Toro lawn mowers. Where is there football team, basketball team, or history of Nobel Prize Winners in Physics, Chemistry, Genetics, etc? Oh, I forgot that Touro University is an incompetnent school that simply DOES NOT meet the standards of admission into the N.C.A.A. as a Division I school. Touro University graduates are therefore not expected to think in a logical, linear, and rational fashion.
The fact that Tonya Walls mentioned Touro as a school that she is associated with simply demonstrates the type of standards she accepts. Persons with high academic standards, in my opinion, choose not to associated with G-League schools. I prefer Division I, N.C.A.A. certified schools.
