Part II: Beware of CodeSwitch Las Vegas. Unanswered Questions. What CodeSwitch Needs to Focus On.
As I write this article from Georgia, I believe that Northern Black women are the worst teachers for Black male youth! In 1989, Shahrazad Ali wrote the book, The Blackman's Guide to Understanding the Blackwoman. This book is the defacto bible that breakdowns the nasty, evil, demanding, and and ugly personality of most Black women.
Our sister affiliate eLasVegas 8 News is in the process of performing a documentary on Black Female Anger and their lack of logic and lack of common sense. Much of their anger is based on the fact that their natural father probably abandoned the mother or beat up their mother. Well, maybe your mother should have had higher standards and not been so cheap and easy.
In my opinion, Codeswitch Las Vegas needs to focus on the development of youthful black boys. Donors should be suspicious about Black-female led non-profit organizations that highlight or focus only on black girls by excluding black boys.
Secondly, single black female mothers are rampant in the black community. Many of them are angry, dependent upon weaves to boost their self-esteem, try to wear phony blonde-hair to imitate white women, and many are desperate to seek the attention of men that do not like them.
Look at the out-of-control crime rate in the Black community; smash-and-grab robberies; petty crimes; etc.
Contrary to the beliefs of liberals and black women, it is the male, not the female, who leads the family. It is the male, not the female, who should be the focus for career development.
Black females and girls of color need to focus on becoming more feminine, more reliable, more ethical, and better trained as women. They need to re-examine why Black children are lagging in so many areas, and the children they produce are essentially out of control.
It appears that CodeSwitch Las Vegas is either a platform to promote future black female puppets, and pawns, or merely a platform to deceive donors and/or switch purses.
Even if we were to give the Codeswitch Las Vegas group the benefit of the doubt, the founder needs to overcome other hurdles.
Are Codeswitch Las Vegas officers and directors really interested in helping develop female computer programmers or really helping their team members switch purses?
Psychiatric Help Needed for Many Black Women: Is Codeswitch Las Vegas Contributing to Black Female Mental Health Issues?
First and foremost, Black Girls/Black Woman are certainly not the future of the Black Family. Black women are not the leaders of the Black Community. No matter how hyper-masculine black women are, they are not men!!!
Most Black women are brainwashed or simply too retarded to understand the logic of their 3rd-rate status in America. Black men can be popular even unemployed and half-broke.
Ugly Serena Williams is a fetish for her husband, nothing more.

Two Black female California Senators ignored Barack Obama and endorsed Hillary Clinton. Only when white women showed interest in Barack Obama did black women really pay attention.
Many African-American women need severe, sustained, and constant psychiatric help. Think about it. Wearing weaves, thinking that they are the so-called future of the Black community, using plastic hair in public, using colored rope strands for hair, wearing chep-looking phony blonde extensions, trying to match the natural beauty of real women, can be really depressing.
Suicide is the 10th leading cause of death in the U.S.A. In 2019,47,511 Americans died by suicide. At the same time, in 2019, there were an estimated 1.38M suicide attempts. If you do the math, that means that only 3% of the persons who attempted suicide succeeded, or 97% of the persons failed. Think about. Most persons don't really want to commit suicide. Earth-born persons use suicide as a means to escape the illusion of depression.
Suicide is a taboo subject among many cultures, but the denial of mental health disorders runs rampant among African Americans. Between 1980 and 1995, the suicide rate of black males doubled to about eight deaths per 100,000 people. Organizations like Codeswitch Las Vegas explicitly exclude black male youth. This is what liberals want.
Psychiatry is the medical specialty devoted to the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of mental disorders.
Recently, a 30 year-old former Former Miss USA Cheslie Kryst jumped 30 floors from a New York City balcony due to her inability to cope with simple every day concepts or her inability to get along with college-educated men of color. Apparently, she felt depressed when her Miss U.S.A. title did not lead to a greator role with certain men.
The mother, April Simpkins, married a Polish guy, of all people. Polish men are fine for digging ditches, doing blue collar work, doing autombile repairs, and driving taxi cabs. Clearly, the mother of Cheslie Kryst had mental issues as well.
Black woman April Simpkins could not figure out why her daughter was having mental issues because of the simple fact that her mother needed mental help as well. Cheslie Kryst had a Polish gene in her. She did not have the super superior genetics associated with Dark Genetic Supremacy (DSA).
Most European, and certainly the fine women of Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, are not interested in Polish men. I know that because I personally visited those countries. I had a fantastic time with the women. My very first night in Denmark, I had scores of women inviting me out.
I was personally informed what type of men these fine women were seeking. Quite naturally, I was very high on their Wish List.

Cheslie Kryst committed suicide because of the simple fact that her material success of cheap titles did not make her happy.
It is safe to say that the top leadership structure of Codeswitch Las Vegas seem to have mental health issues if you examine their repeated rants about black girls this and black girls that. Constantly trying to achieve the Oprah Winfrey Affect at the expense of their sons, brothers.
Their role model, Oprah Winfrey, is an economic success, but a moral failure.
CodeSwitch Las Vegas: Many Unanswered Questions and History of Female Pawns
Can you imagine American Caucasion women creating an organization called White Girls Code?? Are we highlighting the inability of Black women to become successful computer progammers or are they simply seeking to enrich themselves?
If the team members of CodeSwitch Las Vegas are not really computer programmers then what is their real purpose? Think about it. They outsourced their website to a cheap out-of-state programmer because not a single team member apparently could perform even the simplest of programming tasks.
Is CodeSwitch really just PurseSwitch? Are they seeking donations as a fund-raising vehicle to a.) limit the inclusion of minority male youth in technology? and/or b.) Purse Switch funds??
Eveveryone does not accept the notion that CodeSwitch Las Vegas is really legitimate. Some consider their intentions to be purely profit-minded. Is CodeSwitch Las Vegas simply another scam that is really a liberal ruse designed to provide funding for Black women while ignoring all males?
After all, it is true that liberal Presidential candidate Joe Biden excluded all qualified Black men (Cory Booker, for example) and others to pick a dunce named Kamela Harris as his Vice-President in August 2020. How did the death of Black man George Floyd equate to the need to pick a black woman like Kamala Harris??
Kamala Harris rarely mentions her highly educated Carribean father, a Stanford University Professor. Look at who Kamala Harris married. She married him to boost her career. She later became a prosecutor who helped frame innocent minority men of color. Joe Biden knew these facts in advance and still nominated her.
Codeswitch Las Vegas: Myth of the Double-Minority
North American Black women and their liberal supporters are responsible for the myth of the Double Minority. Candace Owens. Has anyone noticed how quiet Black women are about Candace Owens?? Candace-the-Buffoon. Yes, there is a double-advantage but not a double disadvantage.
Black women have something to sell, men do not. Yet, Black women love to cry victim. They love to deceitfully say it is so hard for a black woman to succeed in America. The objective of many of these females is to succeed their sons, brothers, or fathers, or help make the the black male as irrelevant.
In January 2022, liberal Joe Biden pledged to use the U.S. Presidency to nominate an affirmative action quota Black woman to be a Supreme Court nominee.
The myth of the Double Minority Black female is a liberal lie. Black women typically have succeeded by either quotas, sell-outs, or by sleeping around with their pet handlers (Kamala Harris, Serena Williams, Dianna Ross, Candace Owens, Halle Berry, Tina Turner, Rihanna, etc., etc. for example). All of these Black women have used either chemicals and/or lye products on their hair. The more moral and qualified male of color must rely upon character, education, natural hair, and integrity.
Liberals run the Child Support programs across the United States that target minority men while the staffers are largely Black females. Liberal prosecutors will work to ensure the minority children either starve or receive minimal child support if the custodial parent is the minority male.
Unqualified, incompetent, and poorly trained Black females are placed in supervisory positions over more talented and better educated Black males in Fortune 500 corporations across America. In many cases, unqualified Black women get promoted without satisfying company metrics, or even having actual experience in the position.

Due to the African-personality of Tonya Walls, her angry history, her attempts to hide her bankruptcy records, her ghetto upbringing, and her inferior education at University of Nothing At Las Vegas (U.N.L.V.), the addresses of their respective officers is being CENSORED at the request of Tonya Walls.
In other words, to prevent the publication of their ghetto addresses, 'hood neighborhoods, weave-wearing Tonya Walls cried and demanded that their ghetto addresses be deleted from public view despite such records being on file with the Nevada Secretary of State and I.R.S.
Since the officers of CodeSwitch Las Vegas a/k/a/ RESTORATIVE JUSTICE FOR GIRLS OF COLOR are apparently ashamed of having their addresses tied to an organization linked to Tonya Walls, the addresses are being censored from public view.

Not a single female of color associated with CodeSwitch Las Vegas appears to have over 10 years of experience in computer programming, or a related Software Engineering degree. In fact, PurseSwitch Las Vegas even outsourced their website design to an Atlanta-based website designer.
In other words, a teacher had to hire another teacher because the teacher is a phony.
