Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiative + Infamous U.N.L.V. Alumni: A Partnership of Suspicions, Low Standards, and Criminal Records
In February 2022, I stumbled upon a suspicious non-profit organization based out of Las Vegas, NV called CodeSwitch Las Vegas. Shortly thereafter, I helped produce a report called: A 2024-25 professional review of CodeSwitch Las Vegas and Black Female Donation Scams. The report was sanctioned by Nevada Career Institute NCI News.
CodeSwitch Las Vegas and the Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiatives, are both partnersips sponsored by University of Nothing at Las Vegas, a/k/a/ U.N.L.V. The U.N.L.V. College of Education is the lead sponsoring Department.
To get an idea of the low standards of, and the pathetic inferiority of U.N.L.V., all one needs to do is review their so-called "University of Nevada-Las Vegas Famous Alumni" page. What U.N.L.V. brags about, legitimate top-tier schools will refuse to associate with.
For proper context, and to understand what a joke U.N.L.V. is, let's review their own facts! Yes, U.N.L.V. is the same suspicious and inferior school where murder convict Marion Suge Knight of Death Row Records was actually admitted and attended. Suge Knight help create so-called rap music on the West Coast. He partnered with inferior ghetto black males who infamously used the N-word to sell music to whites. Black male role models like ghetto Tupac Shakur, and others helped usher in a lower level of Black culture.
Earring-wearing sissy Tupac Shakur was so worthless, local police agencies refused to investigate his demise in the streets of Las Vegas.
U.N.L.V. is the same crime-school that produced U.N.L.V. basketball recruit Zaon Collins; the drunk driving U.N.L.V. basketball recruit who crashed his car killing an innocent person. He was using Marijuna, according to media reports.
U.N.L.V. is the same school where pervert Richard Soule taught. Richard Soule was known as a nationally acclaimed flutist, a distinguished UNLV professor and a married father of three. Soule's conduct was discovered in June 2006, when a UNLV Information Technologies (IT) Specialist discovered child porn images on the University's computer system and traced their origins to Soule's computer. The IT Specialist monitored Soule's visits to child pornography sites and then reported Soule to UNLV campus police. A computer forensics examiner later found over 10,000 images of child pornography on his U.N.L.V. equipment.
In April of 2007, the perverted U.N.L.V. Professor Soule was sentenced to five years in prison. Another U.N.L.V. pervert.
What about U.N.L.V. recruit basketball recruit Lloyd Daniels? Lloyd Daniels grew up in America's trash wasteland: Brooklyn, New York. Some of the most illiterate, insubordinate, and most worthless pieces of human waste live in Brookyln, NY.
The 6 ft 7 in (2.01 m) shooting guard was recruited by U.N.L.V. despite his Brooklyn, NY background. By his senior year of high school, Lloyd Daniels had attended four or five high schools (depending on the source) in three states, and could only read at a third-grade level. Breeding! No problem. Lowly U.N.LV. wanted a basketball player more than a student.
It did not take long for the Brooklyn ghetto of Lloyd Daniels to emerge. He was arrested for buying crack cocaine from an undercover policeman while in California.

What about infamous U.N.L.V. graduate Greg Anthony?
On January 15, 2015, the CBS basketball analyst and former NBA player Greg Anthony was arrested and charged with soliciting a prostitute.
The crooked U.N.L.V. graduate Greg Anderson was arrested inside a room at a DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in downtown Washington, DC.
The former U.N.L.V. graduate was so desperate and so lonely that he was seeking a filthy, dirty, scheming, lowly, subhuman prostitute for company.
U.N.L.V. is the same backward university associated with hosting non-professional amateur boxing events that led to the death of so-called boxer Nathan Valencia. The low I.Q. and half- retarded U.N.L.V. student apparently could not figure out that he had NO BUSINESS in a boxing ring, let along be featured as the Main Event headliner.
To be specific, the education that Nathan Valencia was receiving at U.N.L.V. was flawed. He was not being taught how to think!!
U.N.L.V. is the same school that brought air-brained Lacey Foster to the public's attention. She is the dimwit blonde girl-friend of so-called boxer Nathan Valencia. What is so funny is that two U.N.L.V. students attended the same event, shared earrings, and neither of the two idiots could figure out that Nathan Valencia was never the Main Event as advertised , but was viewed as those smarter than him as the Main Idiot! As a direct consequence of the actions of U.N.L.V. student Nathan Valencia, a so-called 'Nathan's Law' was unanimously Passed by Nevada Athletic Commission and Signed by Gov. Steve Sisolak on December 14th, 2021.
Essentially, Nathan's Law is a law to regulate the overwhelming stupidity of U.N.L.V. students and to account for their apparently inferior education at U.N.L.V.
A U.N.L.V. student needs a law to prevent him/her from climbing into a lion's cage; from jumping over a 50ft bridge without a parachute; from trying to take food away from a growling pitbull; from sleeping on the highway; from trying to enroll into a superior university; etc.
U.N.L.V. students are so dumb that the word Retarded is a compliment.LOL.
In November 2021, U.N.L.V. graduate Jordan Hankins founded the suspicious organization called Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiative. She proudly boasts of her education at U.N.L.V. as if U.N.L.V. is something to be proud of. Yet, if you review the history of U.N.L.V., and their graduates, you will see a fmiliar pattern: Incompetence, stupidity, low I.Q., and lack of superior moral values.
In fact, the Southern Nevada Black Educators Initative is not the first non-profit organization founded by Jordan Hankins. Low I.Q. Jordan Hankins previously founded the CURLY LOCKS FOUNDATION on June 06th, 2013, Business Entity Number:E0282592013, according to the Nevada Secretary of State records. That entity failed relatively soon after being created. What ever happened to the donations??
The new ventire of Jordan Hankins has a purported mission to recruit more black teachers. Great. Why do we need more Black teachers when 80% of the black female teachers can't work with college-educated Black men?
A request for the Form 990 Tax Returns, and a Certified Accounting Audit for the Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiativehas not been provided as of the date of this report.
U.N.L.V. Boyd School of Law: No Role Model for Black Students
If you review the partnership history of U.N.L.V., it is easy to reach the conclusion that U.N.L.V. is a joke for a university and their so-called "standards" for business relationships is in disarray. According to online reports, the U.N.L.V. Boyd School of Law has a partnership with another non-profit organization whose I.P. address was traced to racial slurs that targeted black children; UNLV Boyd Law School partner denounced interracial marriages; and UNLV Boyd Law School partner proclaimed "I Don't Like N-word persons".
UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law recently announced an odd choice: Chinese-backed Leah Chan Grinvald was selected to become the new Dean of the William S. Boyd School of Law. The government of China has made it priority that more American universities hire persons of Chinese origin regardless of their I.Q. or competence level.
Grinvald is currently associate dean for academic affairs and professor of law at Suffolk University Law School in Boston. Apparently, U.N.L.V. could not find a single U.N.L.V. or Clark County School District graduate to become Dean.
It is not entirely unreasonable to assume that the Southern Nevada Black Educators Initative has a partnership with U.N.L.V. because both share the same low standards and/or expectations for each other.
Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiative: Affiliation to CodeSwitch Las Vegas
In February 2022, I stumbled upon a suspicious non-profit organization based out of Las Vegas, NV called CodeSwitch Las Vegas. Shortly thereafter, I noticed that the organization was also affiliated with with another suspicious black-female operated organization called Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiative.
Upon review of their respective literature, their mutual sloppy-looking websites, their use of a P.O. Box for donations, and other facts, I began to be suspicious of Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiative, and its founder Jordan Hankins.
CodeSwitch Las Vegas and the Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiative share various common themes. One of the most common dominant themes is the notion that racism is a contributing factor of Black student failures while ignoring the behavior and culture of the North American Black female, and her male partners.
"We envision a public K-12 education system in Southern Nevada that is culturally affirming for black students and educators that facilitates upward socioeconomic mobility. Through critical mentorship, advocacy and public policy initiatives, the Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiative will dramatically increase the number of black licensed professionals in the Clark County School from 8% to 25% by 2030."The Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiative ignores the critical contribution of culture and genetics that plays a role in minority student success. Shall we review the facts? As a licensed Clark County School District teacher, I have personally witnessed outrageous behavior by numerous African-American students, the single mothers, and the male scum that the typical African-American female is attracted to.
This report does not dispute the fact that everyone is entitled to his/her personal choices in terms of mating. However, if the choices and resultant product(s)[bad children] are the direct result of inferior breeding that impacts civilzed persons then perhaps the government needs to step in.
Should bad parents be taxed a surcharge or be subject to sterilization? That is a subject that needs to be addressed. By forcing struggling communities to take more responsibility for their mating choicess, classrooms are improved, and a better educational environment is produced.
At times when the children of Black women are rude, insubordinate, disrespectful, I often began to wonder about the benefits of forced school segregation in the 1950's. Can the modern African-American student (where both parents are African-American origin) conduct himself/herself in a civilized capacity??
There are many sensitive questons that the Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiative organization simply refuses to address directly and clearly.
What the Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiative Should Focus On
The Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiative Should Focus on the out-of-control STD rates in certain communities. Has anyone reviewed the Centers of Disease Control (CDC) Herpes infection rates for African-American women? Dark African-American women have the top-ranked Herpes infection rates in America.
There is essentially little or no difference in the breeding habits of the parents of academically weak children vs. wild animals in the jungle. What the Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiative wants, and what their female leaders want, is to get superior results from inferior breeding.
Many would argue that Black female culture is illogical. Refusal to accept laws, rules, and corporate policies. Oftentimes, their children are the product of thugs, goons, men with tatoos, men with earrings, felony records, etc.
One need only examine the typical social media accounts of the North American Black female species to deduce their culture.
Since the decline of the two-parent household in the African-American community, the results have not been very positive for children. To make matters worse, North American Black Women are consumed by the Oprah Winfrey Affect: Do away with all men, and become self-sufficient; this causes the rise of Black Female Hate Groups, lesbianism, and suspicious organizations like Black Girls Code, Code Switch Las vegas, and other Black-female groups that explicitly exclude focus away from the development of the Black Male youth.
Contrary to the philosophy of the North Amerian Black Female, WOMEN CANNOT LEAD MEN JUST AS FEMALE LIONS CANNOT LEAD and CANNOT COMMAND MALE LIONS!
The only type of man that will a female to lead him is effeminate; earrings, ponytails, sagging paints, tatoos, etc. Therefore, the argument that the black female can somehow lead the Black Family, or is the future of the Black family is fraud spred by liberals, and their black female co-conspirators.
Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiative Mission: School-to-Prison Pipeline Starts at Birth
One of the myths parroted by Black Females and liberals is the claim that Black youth are targeted for a fictitious School-to-Prison Pipeline.
In the United States, the school-to-prison pipeline (SPP), also known as the school-to-prison link, school-prison nexus, or the schoolhouse-to-jailhouse track, is the disproportionate tendency of minors and young adults from disadvantaged backgrounds to become incarcerated because of increasingly harsh school and municipal policies, as well as because of the alleged educational inequality in the United States.
Jordan Hankins, founder of Southern Nevada Black Educator Initiative, expressed that she "...narrowly avoided the school-to-prison pipeline..."
The mating experiments of the African-American community has failed the last 20 years, largely because of the fact that many families are the result of the single black female mother, and their personal habits.
The science of genetics will ensure that special programs, academic gimmicks, and the lousy credit of $300 offered per minority student by U.N.L.V. will simply fail.
Consider the cultural habits of many North American Black women.
Let's start with the case of WNBA player Maya Moore as an example of black female breeding. Maya Moore was the first overall pick in the 2011 WNBA Draft. Since 2011, Maya Moore has won four WNBA championships (2011, 2013, 2015, and 2017), a WNBA Most Valuable Player Award (2014),[5] a WNBA Finals MVP Award (2013), three WNBA All-Star Game MVPs (2015, 2017, and 2018), two Olympic gold medals (2012 and 2016), a WNBA Scoring Title (2014), and the WNBA Rookie of the Year Award (2011). She has also been selected to four WNBA All-Star teams and three All-WNBA teams.
Despite her credentials and honors, she could not resist marrying a man with a turbulent background as a yourhful offender. Yes, she helped free a man (Jonathan Irons ) that the courts have declared was wrongfully convicted. A noble gesture.
Although he was freed based upon allegations he was wrongfully convicted, the judge could not erase the fact that Jonathan Irons led a troubled youth. In fact,the media reports that Jonathan Irons sold drugs in his youth, and even owned a gun. WNBA player Maya Moore ignored his troubled youth. All Maya Moore was focused on was what between his legs vs. what was betwen his ears. Typical black female tramp.
In April of 2021, William Wallace was convicted for the the murder of Za'Zell Preston. Both Za'Zell and William were a married couple. William Wallace had a history of violence towards his wife and had previously been jailed for domestic abuse. Za'Zell Preston ignored all of this and continued to have children with William Wallace. Eventually, William Wallace eventually eliminated her via First-Degree murder.
U.S. Black female celebrities also have a history of immoral conduct: Tramp Janet Jackson refused to slap or reprimand Justin Timberlake after he allegedly caused her dirty breast to be exposed during a half-time Super Bowl Show; Jada Pinkett ("Open Marraiges"); Rihanna (Singer Chris Brown alleged in 2021 that Robyn Rihanna Fenty have him an STD); Halle Berry (Halle Berry Wins Best Actress: 74th Oscars 2002 after her immoral role with her historical oppressor); Tina Turner ("What's Love Got To Do With It").
These are brief examples of personal choices made by black women. They tend to thrive with thugs, criminals, felons, men who have multiple side-partners, etc.
In taking after her mother, black female Willow Smith admitted to being polyamorous; a fancy word that means being open to multiple intimate partners; i.e., being a low-life female tramp and other words not printable on the website of Nevada Career Institute.
The Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiative refuses to address issues of culture and the breeding habits of African-American black females, and their mates. The inferior breeding ultimately creates the illusion that more Black teachers are needed vs. the need to make better moral choices.
Simply having more black teachers cannot correct DNA/genetic defects caused by immoral choices.
Short of government-sponsored sterilization programs, or increased taxes on single mothers, no one can force Black women, women of color, and other similarly-affected females, to think with their brains vs. their genital body parts.
