Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiative and UNLV Amplifying Black Voices Critical Mentorship Program (ABV)
I had an opportunity to review he UNLV Amplifying Black Voices Critical Mentorship Program literature promoted by UNLV Amplifying Black Voices Critical Mentorship Program. UNLV Amplifying Black Voices Critical Mentorship Program is partnered with the Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiative, Code Switch, and the Center for Multicultural Education. These are partnership programs designed to benefit remedial Black students. The literature is a joke.
The Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiative is a partnership between UNLV's College of Education, the Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiative, Code Switch, and the Center for Multicultural Education created to support and retain the college's Black students while offering a safe, affirming and free space for them to thrive.
In other words, the breeding habits of many African-Americans, and Black females, is such that numerous special programs, hand-holding programs, special education programs, and other non-sense is required to motivate inferior U.N.L.V. students when superior student(s) of high-quality universities requires no such special services.
Bleeding-Heart Liberal Dr. Danica G. Hays and Her Pet Liberal Projects:Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiative, and Code Switch Las Vegas
Bleeding-heart liberal Dr. Danica G. Hays is the Dean of the U.N.L.V. College of Education. She passionately believes that her work with the Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiative will make difference.
A simple band-aid fix will not address the cultural issues of modern African-American Black females, their breeding habits, their high-rates of children born out-of-wedlock, their high-rate of STD diseases, and their embarrassing children (sagging pants, two earrings, rap music, insubordinate, etc.).
Letters sent to the email address of bleeding-heart liberal Dr. Danica G. Hays requesting the Form 990 Tax Returns, Tax Exempt Applications of Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiative, and information related to the criteria used by the U.N.L.V. College of Education to sponsor such suspicious organizations, were not responded to .
The Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiative and the U.N.L.V. College of Education support hand-holding, mentor-mentee programs for struggling minority students because of the simple facts that the students are low-grade genetic products of their black female mothers. These issues cannot be addressed by grants!
Former Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval (R) signed a bill in May of 2015 allowing dirty, unwashed, and undocumented immigrants in the state to receive temporary work authorization in order for them to earn their teaching licenses. This initiative was a part of Sandoval’s plan for a “New Nevada.” In fact, he should have dubbed it Dirtying Nevada".
One of the criticisms of the Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiative is that the group needs to focus on raising teacher standards, examing the moral and genetic background of the students/parents, and ultimately competing head-to-head with others regardless of race or gender.
State of Nevada Department of Education even authorized the passage of Nevada Administrative Code 391.0897. NAC 391.0897 allows the hiring of so-called Emergency Substitute teachers; persons too stupid and too lazy to obtain legitimate eductional credentials.
Our recommendation is that The Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiative disavow all special program help and instead focus on better unirverities, and training black females to be more moral, more intelligent, and more responsible.
The Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiative: Test Scores & Statistics
"The Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiative mission is to reduce CCSD’s k-12 racial achievement gaps and dismantle the school-to-prison pipeline by exponentially expanding the number of black educators in the Clark County School", claims their leaders.
In September of 2019, before Black women and their male partners could blame the excuse of the Coronavirus, statistics released by the Nevada Department of Education demonstrated startling genetic and cultural facts. Only 224 black students obtained college and career readiness diplomas. Compare that to 1,467 white students and 1,499 Hispanic students getting the same diplomas.
The Clark County Black Caucus claimed that "Black students in the Clark County School District there’s a lack of opportunity with a not level playing field.". That argument is an absolute lie, myth, and radical distortion of reality.
Clark County Black Caucus Exposes Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiative
"We have a system in place where some people have access to quality education and others do not", said Yvette Williams, chair of the Clark County Black Caucus.
One of the central arguments that the North American Black woman does not want to address is the huge volume of single American Black female mothers, the general cheapness of many Black women, the easiness of Black women, and their role of mating with worthless men who ultimately leave them. Yvette Williams refuses to address the moral failure of many American Black women.
One of the most detailed books exposing North American Black women and their ulterior motives is the groundbreaking book called The Blackman's Guide to Understanding the Blackwoman, by Sharazad Ali. The author depicts Black women as scheming, scandalous, lacking feminine traits, being hyper-masculine/angry, and incapable of understanding college-educated Black men.
TIVE, NV Business ID#NV20212279745.Nevada Career Institute Refutes the Claim that Clark County School District Needs More Black or Minority Educators
Nevada Career Institute Refutes the Claim that Clark County School District Needs More Black Educators. The Clark County School District DOES NOT need more Black teachers, male or female. In this current era of rap music, weaves, men wearing two-earrings, etc., it seems that very few black students respect educated professionals. The home-life of too many students is riddled with parents with sagging pants, two earrings, tatoos, dressing male children with earrings, and having a complete joke for parents.
The Clark County School District DOES NOT need more Latina, Hispanic, or Latino educators either. Many such students also lack respect for civilized and educated leaders.
What can be said is that Latina girls are raised to respect male figures far better than black girls are raised to respect male figures. In this regard, Latina girls, and white females, are generally better behaved and willing to learn.
What the Clark County School District needs is LESS INCOMPETENT teachers, HIGHER STANDARDS, Genetic/D.N.A. Background Checks, and INCREASED scrutiny of social media accounts. There are too many lower I.Q. air-brained men and women, including white and Asian Americans, at the Clark County School District.
