A1 GARAGE DOOR SERVICE, LLC Reviews: Consumer Complaints Multiply against Arizona-based company

A1 GARAGE DOOR SERVICE, LLC, a/k/a/ HOME SERVICE EXPERT LLC, a/k/a A1 Garage Doors, is an Arizona-based company. The company was founded by Thomas Mello II.
Arizona, by comparison, is the same state that is well known by a kooky politcian named Kari Lake. Kari Lake is a former anchor for Phoenix television station KSAZ-TV who went from being an honrst, ethical, and responsible adult into a sick liar, corrupt politician who decided to endorse a 34-time Felon.
Kari Lake became a national embarassment for Arizona. The disgaced lying politician put the spotlight on why persons coming from Arizona simply cannot be trusted. The Kari Lake campaign was marked by various controversies, Neo-Mazi moments, including promoting false claims of her cult leader winning the 2020 presidential election; calling for the imprisonment of those who accepted the reality that her cult leader was in fact defeated in 2020; calling for the arrest of her Democratic opponent, Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, and, creating the perception that businesses and persons from Arizona cannot be relied upon when it comes to character, integrity, and ethics.
Many Nevada consumers, Nevada teachers, Nevada home-owners have asked the question: Can A1 Garage Doors be trusted to provide a reliable service and not scam me out of my funds?
Can you Trust A1 Garage Door public propaganda campaign>

A1 Garage Door is not a charity service. They want your money, your wallet, and lots of it!!
According to their founder and public website: "A1 Garage Door Service is a leading national provider in garage door sales and services, headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, with over 350 employees across 55+ markets."
Other statements made by this suspicious company include the claim that they are a "a family-owned company.". However, a review of their cheap-looking A1 Garage Door Service website, this Publisher could find no record of a father, a son, a daughter, a mother, or even aunts and uncles. LOL.
The vast majority of all literature that details the roots and history of A1 Garage Door Service seem to lead to an Arizona man named Thomas Mello II.
Also, company literature claims the company was "Founded in 2007 by CEO Tommy Mello". There is no reference to a father, a son, a daughter, grandmother, grandfather, or any children of Thomas Mello. Unless the public is being led to assume that an entire, as yet unidentified. family, was created in the span of just 18 years, there is no evidence published that a legitimately "family" is behind A1 Garage Door Service. Note: Nevada Career Institute defines a legitimate family as a biological male husband, biolgical female wife, and children, including matching sets of a grandmother, and grandfather.

This publisher could find no evidence of published images, full names, and titles, of a legitimate family connected to or associated with A1 Garage Door Service that meets the Nevada Career Institute definition of a family.
There are many other statements and propaganda published by A1 Garage Door Service that suggests illegitimate and/or unsupported adversising claims. For example. Thomas Mello claims the following: "Rely on the best in the business — A1 Garage Door Service, the undisputed industry leader...".
In the pre-TRUMP era, the Federal Trace Commission investigates violations of the FTC Act Section 5. It is important to note that the FTC has prosecuted companies for making untrue claims where consumers have been duped into an inferior service.
What legal documents, or court case, or federal law, or Arizona Proclamation signed and certified by the Govornor of Arizona, or EACH AND EVERY STATE where A1 Garage Door Service operates, have these explicit statements been either independently confirmed or a matter or legal or judicial record?
Is there a poll conducted by an independent finder-of-fact that A1 Garage Door Service is the Best in the Business", and if so why did THOMAS MELLO NOT PUBLISH THE EVIDENTIARY CONCLUSIONS OF LAW AND FACTS on his cheap-looking A1 Garage Door website??
Or, is A1 Garage Door Service simply lying like a typical rat that comes from the Methamphetamine Capital of America: the drug-infested and dirty state of Neo-Nazi Arizona??
A1 Garage Door Service Offers an Affiliate Program: For-Profit Generated Leads

Another tell-tale of any company that provdes bad or inferior customer service are companies that provide Affilate Programs. An affiiate program is a means whereby other persons promote the products and services of another company in exchange for a commission.
The A1 Garage Door Service offers an Affiliate Program for persons where such persons agree to promote or lie to others about the products and services of A1 Garage Door Service.
To lure prospective Affilate Partners, the company publishes more controversial statements: "We stand by our commitment to quality with the industry’s best warranties and service plans, ensuring every customer receives unparalleled attention and detail." these statements contradict multiple consumer complaints, including, but not limited to hanging up the phone on consumers; cancelling scheduled appointements, and allegations made by Curtis J of Yelp, who dismissed the propaganda of A1 Garage Door Service : " I am deeply surprised by your reference to the positive reviews of your service, as my experience has been quite the opposite. Upon reviewing feedback from Yelp and the Better Business Bureau, I have found a significant number of complaints that mirror my own. Many customers have reported similar issues, including inflated prices and recommendations for unnecessary repairs. Based on these accounts and my own experience, we share the same belief that your company lacks transparency and honesty...."
What Have Actual Consumers Been Saying About A1 Garage Door Service?

A1 Garage Door Service also publishes a reference to Google Reviews. Google Reviews are typically filtered, censored, and represent a pay-to-play scheme for Google advertiser. It is the experience of Nevada Carer Institute that Google is an illgitimate source for any company because of the history of Google LLC, and Youtube censoring content, refusing to index content. and illegally deleting adverse reviews. Google Inc/LLC cannot be trused for ANY company in any condition.
Complaints received by Nevada Career Institute include employees of A1 Garage Door Service hanging up the phone on important customers; lying about the dates that other companies were bought by A1 Garage Door Service when published facts detail an exact date; up-selling tactics; and even cancelling scheduled appointements or refusing to service customers for unspecified reasons.
"Curtis J,: I am deeply surprised by your reference to the positive reviews of your service, as my experience has been quite the opposite. Upon reviewing feedback from Yelp and the Better Business Bureau, I have found a significant number of complaints that mirror my own. Many customers have reported similar issues, including inflated prices and recommendations for unnecessary repairs. Based on these accounts and my own experience, we share the same belief that your company lacks transparency and honesty."
" Angela H. Phoenix, AZ: We recently had an extremely negative experience with A1 Garage Door Service, and we feel compelled to share our story to help others avoid the same unfortunate situation. Our encounter with this company was marked by unprofessionalism, misleading practices, and aggressive upselling tactics. "
"F B. Palm Valley, Goodyear, AZ: Most incompetent, dishonest, crooked, and dangerous companies in the entire Phoenix metro area. The spring on our door broke so they replaced it along with new rollers and supposedly aligned the track. Tested the spring a year later - the fell like a rock with almost no tension. They claimed it lost all of its tension in less than one year. You would have be a complete imbecile in order to believe this. They used a human scale to measure the weight of the door. Are they morons or something else. A conventional scale for a person can not be used to weight a door."
"Steve P. Las Vegas, NV: I recently had an experience with A1 Garage Doors in Arizona, and I have to say it was extremely disappointing. On the surface, the people I dealt with--both the sales reps and the installers--seemed very nice and polite. They presented themselves in a friendly and professional manner.
However, their pricing is nothing short of predatory. I was quoted $800 to $1,600 just to replace a spring for my garage door. It was shocking and felt like they were taking advantage of the fact that I live in a nice home. Just because someone has a multi-million-dollar property doesn't mean it's fair to exploit them with outrageous pricing--it's just not right."
Some of the reviews about A1 Garage Door Service are so bad, that Yelp has had to remove them due to the extreme anger, threats, and profanity involved and for Violating Terms of Service.
