According to documents obtained by the Baltimore Post-Examiner, Judge Michelle Leavitt admitted she committed violations of the Revised Nevada Code of Judicial Conduct; failure to comply with the law, failure to uphold and apply the law, failure to perform judicial duties competently and diligently, failure to require judicial staff to act in a manner consistent with the judge’s obligation under the Code and failure to be candid and honest with disciplinary agencies.

Madilyn Cole has a great mother for a role model for corruption.

What will happen if Madilyn Cole becomes a Judge?? Will the Leavitt family micro-manage her cases/ We have already seen Leavitt lawyers set a dangerous precedent when Michelle Thelma Leavitt was criticized by a licensed Las Vegas lawyer.

Madilyn Cole's own words should be enough to cause concern. She is politicizing a judicial race. When is Madilyn Cole going to submit to an IQ test?? We already she will not pass on ethics.
