Well-funded Asians have been out-spending their judicial opponents in Las Vegas Judicial elections. For example, the Tracy Hibbetts for Judge Campaign out-spent her opponents by a margin of 4-to 1. Many feel that Tracy Hibbetts sought to purchase a judicial seat, ala Soonhee Bailey. In the first quarter of 2021, Tracy Hibbetts pumped at least $9,542.00 of her personal funds into her campaign. At the same time, Jessica Goodey and Augusta Massey contributed exactly $0.00 contributions in 2021!

Despite this advantage, Tracy Hibbetts still lost.
